The chalet is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the chalet by 10 am.

The basic price is valid for up to 4 persons, for each person extra there will be additional costs.

• On request it is possible to bring your dog. There is a additional charge of € 20 per day per dog.

Exclusively small dogs with a maximum back height of 40 cm are accepted on request.

We ask that you bring a dog basket. 

Dogs are not allowed to use or climb on beds, couch or other seating.

Your stay is bindingly reserved upon receipt of the deposit of 30% of the arranged price (by credit card guarantee). 

A deposit of € 500 (by credit card guarantee or cash) is required upon arrival.

30% of the arranged price up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date.

60% of the arranged price up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date.

80% of the arranged price within 29 days prior to the agreed arrival date.

90% of the arranged price within 15 days before the agreed arrival date.

100% of the arranged price in case of non-arrival without cancellation.

Cancellations are accepted only with mutual confirmation.

The unused days of the travel arrangement will be charged.

In addition to the arranged price, a tourist tax of 1,45 € will be charged per person and night for the province of South Tyrol.

Children and teenagers under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax.

You can pay the bill comfortably in cash, by Bankomat, Visa, Mastercard, EC-Direkt or other similar methods.
